We now seem to have an administrator on site every Thursday morning in the office at the front door now this in my opinion is a step in the right direction.... dont know if they will do anything though.....but they are here at least you can speak with someone if you have a problem Crying or Very sad

yes that is defifinatley a step in the right direction as long as they dont just pay lip service to being there Very Happy
